Bucks County Child Care Consultants have been involved in the Childcare Education field for many years.  They have been active in preparing and presenting workshops in all areas of Childcare Education on the national, state and college levels.

Janet Oesterling, M.S., has been involved in the childcare field for over 15 years.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Temple University and a Master's Degree from Springfield College.  She also has additional education in Divorce and Custody Mediation and Train the Trainers workshops.
Janet has presented training for Bucks County Community College, Northampton Community College, Montgomery Community College,  PA's Southeast Regional Key and is currently working with NANA to develop a Nanny Credential.  She has also been involved in developing and teaching online childcare workshops and is part of the Pennsylvania School-age Credential Advisory Team. 
Janet has presented at the NAEYC conference with the third time being this fall in Atlanta.  Additionally, she has presented at the BCAEYC  conference in Newtown in October.

Jeanette Twombly, M.Ed. has been involved in childcare professional development for over 20 years. She has worked with Head Start and also with Keystone College, Bucks County Community College and Penn State Cooperative Extension.
Additionally, she has presented at both the BCAEYC and NAEYC conferences. Jeanette is a past president of BCAEYC.
