CDA Modules will be available January 2008.
Classes
will start the second Tuesday of each month and will be either 4 or 6 weeks in length.
Module 1 - CDA Overview and
Professionalism 15 hours
Module 2 - Safe, Healthy, Learning Environments 25 hours
Module 3 - Physical and Intellectual
Development 25 hours
Module 4 - Social and Emotional Developement and Guidance 25 hours
Module 5 - Working with Families
15 hours
Module 6- Program Management 15 hours
Classes that are 15 hours are completed in 4 weeks - $59
Classes
that are 25 hours are completed in 6 weeks - $79
Each class covers the competency for that module along with the resource
items.
Upon completion of the 120 hours, students will be able to apply for the CDA Assessment.
